Jaime Joel (JJ) Jimenez is a first year Wharton student from the Philippines. He started his career in politics, before pivoting to work at Uber across operations, strategy and product development. At Wharton he invests his time exploring his passions of tech, venture capital and media and entertainment. He serves on the Media and Entertainment, Southeast Asia and Family Business Club boards in a variety of roles. JJ is going to spend his summer in Los Angeles working at McKinsey. He’s excited to be the manager for the LPs and Family Office panel for Wharton’s PE/VC 2024 Conference.
