Lipsa is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, she was the first hire and founding engineer of Capitol.ai (an augmented analytics startup with $10M seed funding; notable investors include 468 Capital, Brian Chesky). She also runs a data consulting company for early stage digital health companies. She previously served as an Analytic Technology manager at Signify Health and a Project Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente.

Lipsa holds a BA degree in Biology with a minor in International Studies from Dartmouth College, where she received multiple grants to pursue additional research and activities in global health. Alongside her MBA at Wharton, Lipsa is a Pear VC Fellow, Leadership Fellow, and a Pear Healthcare Playbook Podcast host.
