Hillary Smith Ripley, WHG’96, has been working with institutional investors in the private equity and infrastructure space since 2006. This has involved business development roles at Fortress Investment Group. J.C. Flowers, IFM Investors, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and – since 2018 – Igneo Infrastructure Partners. As a strategy specialist, Hillary designs and executes on capital formation plans, working in close coordination with North American institutional investors and the consultants who advise them. Hillary began her investment career at J.P. Morgan and has more than 30 years of experience working with private infrastructure, banking, capital markets and real assets. She is also a regional representative for the First Sentier Foundation, an education-oriented charitable organization with a global reach. Hillary has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
