Rupali is a Principal at Spire Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on investments in the education, technology, and business services sectors. She is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing new investments, as well as overseeing the performance and strategic direction of portfolio company investments. Rupali also plays an active role in fundraising and recruiting activities for the firm.
Rupali's current and prior board representation includes O2B Kids, Dynamic Quest, Advocate Networks, Lighthouse, Surgent and Performance Assessment Network.
Prior to joining the Spire in 2015, Rupali served as an Analyst in the TMT investment banking group at Citigroup. Rupali received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Marquette University, and is pursuing her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
