Aoife O’Leary is a Principal at ICONIQ Growth, focused on advising owners and operators of Global 2000 companies on their transformation journeys, as well as guiding ICONIQ’s portfolio founders on their global expansion. Prior to ICONIQ, Aoife was VP at Enterprise Ireland, the venture capital arm of the Irish Government, where she partnered closely with portfolio CEOs to accelerate their market entry and expansion in the US. Previously, she worked in partnerships at Oracle, ToutApp (acquired by Marketo) and DocuSign (IPO.)
Aoife holds a BA in Communication and Islamic Civilization and Societies from Boston College. She lives in New York City.
