Tanoya leads go-to-market for Mubadala Performance Partners, a dedicated team of operators designed to maximize the value creation potential of the sovereign wealth fund’s portfolio companies.
Prior to Mubadala, Tanoya was an operating partner at private equity firms such as KKR and Permira where she advised the investment teams and portfolio companies on a variety of growth related initiatives. She previously held private equity investing and investment banking roles earlier in her career.
Tanoya holds a BSc and MBA from The Wharton School.
