Deputy Chair of the Restructuring Department, Alice advises creditor and debtor clients in corporate reorganizations and bankruptcies, with a focus on postpetition financings, exit financings and related transactions. Her recent company-side matters include advising Revlon, The IMAGINE Group, Foresight Energy, Animal Supply Company, Preferred Sands, Expro Holdings, and Performance Sports Group and various portfolio companies of the firm’s private equity clients. Recent creditor-side experience includes advising stakeholders in Western Global Airlines, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Talen Energy Supply, Bausch Health, Mallinckrodt, Neiman Marcus, LSC Communications, Oasis Petroleum, Extraction Oil & Gas, Exide Technologies, McDermott International, TOMS Shoes and PetSmart, among many others.
In 2021 and most recently in 2023, Alice was named as one of Law360’s “Bankruptcy MVPs.” She was also recognized as a 2022 “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts and was named in Lawdragon’s “500 Leading US Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers.”
