Jordan Bryk is a Managing Director at Marathon Asset Management co-leading origination for the firm’s Capital Solutions and Direct Lending capabilities. Mr. Bryk is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and negotiating bespoke private credit transactions for high-quality companies in transition. Mr. Bryk joined Marathon in 2018 from Centerview Partners where he was a Principal in the debt advisory & restructuring group. Prior to Centerview, Mr. Bryk was a restructuring attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Bryk received a JD/MBA degree from Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School in 2011 and a B.A. degree from Columbia College in 2007, graduating cum laude. He was recognized in Private Debt Investor’s list of Rising Stars in 2022.
