Scot Melland is the former Chairman & CEO of DHI Group (NYSE: DHX), a global online recruiting firm, where he led the company through a successful turnaround, public offering and global expansion. Prior to DHI, Mr. Melland was Co-Founder and CEO of Vcommerce, an ecommerce software company (sold to Channel Intelligence/Google). Earlier, he served as SVP Interactive Services at Cendant Corporation (Affinion Group) and VP of Investments & Alliances for Ameritech (AT&T). Mr. Melland began his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Melland is currently an Advisor in software and technology to Warburg Pincus LLC. He has served on the Boards of Businessolver, Dude Solutions, Experity, GlobalSpec, Multiview, Payscale, and the Advisory Board of Stepstone GmbH. He currently serves on the Boards of BlueGrace Logistics and UGE International. Scot is a Social Venture Partner in Connecticut and holds a BS in Economics with High Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
