Prior to joining Third Prime, Jenny was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini, where she represented venture capital firms and venture-backed companies on transactional and strategic matters. Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Jenny began her legal career as an M&A associate at Skadden. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brown University.
